Hampshire School Of Hypnotherapy is based at the Technopole, Portsmouth, and is run by Lorraine Gleeson. Her training courses are fantastic, and if you're interested in becoming a hypnotherapist, this is the place to do your training. HSOH also offers online training and workshops.

Anxiety UK is a national registered charity (number 1113403) formed in 1970 for those affected by anxiety disorders. As a member of the Association of Mental Health Providers, Anxiety UK work to relieve and support those living with anxiety and anxiety-based depression by providing information, support and understanding via an extensive range of services, including 1:1 therapy.
NHS Choices was launched in 2007 and is the official website of the National Health Service in England.
